Rental Guidelines

To help ensure a positive experience for all guests, renters agree to the following:

• Rental time must include setup and cleanup.

• Guests are responsible for leaving the space in the same condition it was found.

• Decorations may not damage walls, floors, furniture, or equipment.

• All trash must be removed or placed in designated containers before departure.

• Renters are responsible for the conduct of their guests.

• Events must comply with all local, state, and federal laws.

• Any damage to the facility or equipment may result in additional charges.

• Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted unless otherwise arranged.

• Sunset Education Center reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings that do not align with our policies or intended use of the space.
